ELVIE has new Regional Manager based out of Detroit, Michigan; his name is Mr. Gary Rockabrand.  Mr. Rockabrand has many years’ experience in the food industry.  His territory is the state of MI and will be expanding into nearby states shortly.  He possesses extensive experience in retail food stores, wholesale food companies, and food service industry.  Gary has won many management and sales awards through his career.  We welcome Mr. Rockabrand as part of our ELVIE WINNING TEAM.

ELVIE creates new position of Executive Chef, Chef Mike Hickey, who has been cooking since he was 16-years old.  Mike’s vast experiences in cooking all types of cuisine brings him to the fore front to lead ELVIE’s expertise in preparing and cooking of many products that ELVIE offers today to his customers globally.  Mike is currently working with the plan of the new kitchen to be in ELVIE’s new headquarters shortly.  Mr. Aguero states that Mike will be active in many areas of Elvie’s new strategic plan to include cooking at top food shows globally, regional cooking shows with clients, and cooking in the top restaurants in China as part of ELVIE’s new strategic marketing program globally.  We welcome Mike and look forward in his new tastings.

ELVIE continues to add more and more product lines to fill its customers’ orders and to source more and more products for its customer base. Ms. Sandy Stake, CEO, states that we are continuously seeking more and more quality vendors to supply our existing customer orders. Ms. Stake also says that it is harder to find quality food product lines with quality food manufactures. Our ELVIE standards are not the normal when it comes to food product. We set the standard and will never change, it is working. Each month ELVIE continues to expand to more international countries and more and more customers from around the world are calling us because they too want the best in products, service, and supply. Next year, 2014, will be a banner year for ELVIE, we already see more and more orders coming in and they are getting larger each time. We look forward is supplying our customer’s needs with quality products.

ELVIE establishes new South America Regional Manager in Cali, Colombia, Ms. Monica Obermann.  Ms. Obermann will oversee all of ELVIE’s activities in South America and will be hiring all personnel in each country.  She speaks 4-languages; English, Spanish, French, and German.  She studied in Switzerland at the Hosta Ecole Hoteliere where she earned her degree and later joined the hotel industry working in the food and beverage departments in German and in Cancun, Mexico.  Monica also has a great background in coffee and desserts and will be leading ELVIE’s Gourmet Coffee Program and Vienna Gourmet Pastries throughout South America accounts both in the food retail stores and food service accounts.

Ms. Obermann has already been sourcing the best agriculture products that South America has to offer and all products will be added to existing ELVIE products and product lines.

Mr. Aguero states, we look forward in working with Monica and quickly expanding into all countries of Sough America with all of our products lines.  We welcome Ms. Obermann to our ELVIE’s WINNING TEAM.

One of the largest Meat companies within all Asian countries makes final decision/commitment to ELVIE INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION for ELVIE to start supplying major quantities of beef throughout its Asian customers.  Pork and Chicken are two more products that ELVIE will be shipping by containers on a monthly basis.ELVIE’s representation at the SCAJ2013 recent coffee show in Tokyo, Japan, lands one of the largest coffee plantation growers with several gourmet coffees.  ELVIE will be adding several skus’ of various gourmet coffees and gourmet blends.  We look forward to a long working relationship with this highly notable coffee plantation.

WHEY – ELVIE establishes multiple clients up to 1,000,000 tons required for monthly shipments for long term Agreements.  ELVIE has currently found enough suppliers of Whey to accommodate up to 600-tons of whey product for many years to come.  We will continue to source more companies and countries to satisfy of customers’ orders.

ELVIE has acquired new multiple sources for Blue and Yellow Fin Tuna along with Squid, Chilean Sea Bass, Red Shrimp, all Shrimp sizes, Sea Bass, and many more fish species.  Ms. Sandy Stake, CEO, has stated that the more solid supply vendors that ELVIE qualifies and signs contracts with the more orders we can fill and ship.  ELVIE’s fish business is growing faster than we can supply at the present moment.

ELVIE INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION sends Mr. Aguero, Executive VP, to HKTDC Food Show August 2013.  As always Mr. Aguero completes all his missions and this one brings wonderful news for ELVIE.  We now have the following product lines added to existing product lines that ELVIE carries and sells globally; the best Tequila (3-different flavors) from Mexico, A farm that produces quality Leaf Lettuces-Cauliflower-Broccoli-Celery-Artichokes-Strawberries-Green Onions-Bok Choy-Brussels Sprouts-and more.  Mr. Aguero says that he is now working on a line of Beef & Pork from Mexico and both are chemical free meats.

ELVIE INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION just added a large distribution company in China with large contract.  Mr. John Aguero, Senior VP, stated that there were 3-more potential major distributors that he will be meeting with next month (October-2013) during his next visit to China. Mr. Aguero also said that it is very apparent now that ELVIE INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION has a stellar name among major Chinese companies and they all want quality products which is what ELVIE has and stands for.  Ms. Stake, CEO, says that every week now we are getting phone calls and emails from around the world asking for meetings to see how we can do business together now and into the future.  She also says that building relationships with potential customer are very important to ELVIE and it has paid off many times now.  Much more to come, stay tuned.

ELVIE was asked to create first phase conceptual drawings of Gourmet Grocery Store Chain for major client in China.  This came as a pleasant surprise during Mr. Aguero’s recent trip to China.  He says, “I was pleasantly surprised to be asked if ELVIE would be interested in developing a major Gourmet Store Chain throughout China.”  Within a couple of days, he turned out a draft of some of the stores that we have had the pleasure in doing in the past.  The client was most excited and wanted ELVIE to start right away, so are we.  It’s these types of experiences from our customers and potential customers that are the driving force behind ELVIE’s phenomenal growth this year and for many years to come.
