ELVIE initiates its first cooking series of some of its primary food products for top restaurants owners and chefs in China starting in May 2013.  Mr. Aguero is our Executive Chef for the company, he enjoys cooking for all people, watching their smiles and listening to their comments.  It appears that this marketing idea for ELVIE is proving to be a real winner; the rest of 2013 is already booked for more cooking’s by Chef Aguero.

ELVIE has been retained to introduce concept drawings of its new fish market retail concept to be installed into the China Market.  After the first fish market is opened then there will be many more built throughout China.  ELVIE will be joint venturing this project with an established Chinese company in China.

ELVIE will be present at NIGA (National Indian Gaming Association) Conference the end of this month in Phoenix, AZ.  Our Executive VP, Mr. John Aguero will be making a major presentation to one of the key Chiefs & staff executives of one of the top tribes in the United States.  “We look forward in working with all Indian Tribes throughout the United States,” Mr. Aguero states in one of ELVIE’s staff meetings.  He also stated that the opportunities are endless for ELVIE’s product lines to be implemented into all Tribe Casino businesses, Hotels, & Restaurants.
