Don Plote is a multitalented and creative spirit who has accomplished many remarkable things in his life. Don is a career Sales and Marketing Executive. His experiences cover years in the field of Insurance, Chemicals, Food Packaging, and Manufacturing, including Packaging Machinery.

Don’s experiences include world-wide sales and marketing and implementing new technologies in various products. In doing so, Don has built a stellar reputation in the Packaging Industry. His wealth of packaging experience enables him to still be committed and active in the industry.

Don was a member of The Conference Board, National Packaging Institute, Life Member of the Illinois Leaders Round Table and Planned Futures Sales Group. He has served as President of Junior Chamber of Commerce and was elected to the Board of Directors of the local Golf Club for nine (9) years, and has held various positions, including President for multiple years.

Mr. Plote is a graduate of the University of Illinois.

Mr. Plote is a member of the PCCA (Pacific Coast Coffee Association).
